SALT ENCRUSTED PORK LOIN
Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 50 minutes cooking time
- 1 800 g. piece of pork loin
- Milenia baking salt
- 2 tsps. provincial herbs
- 1½ tbsps. sweet paprika
- 2 tbsps. olive oil
- Potatoes and mushrooms for garnish
In a bowl, mix the spices together with olive oil. Spread this mixture over the entire loin.
Next, layer an oven pan with salt, which has been slightly moistened with water. Place the loin on top and cover with more salt.
Place the meat in the oven for 50 minutes at 180º C.
After removing, cut it into slices and serve with a garnish of potatoes and mushrooms
