SALT ENCRUSTED SEA BREAM
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
- 1 Sea Bream
- 1 or 2 lemons
- Milenia table salt for baking
- A few fresh rosemary branches
In a baking pan, place a layer of Milenia table salt and on top, place 3 or 4 lemon slices along with one or two branches of fresh Rosemary.
Place the sea beam on top (ask your fishmonger to clean it without opening it) and cover with an abundant layer of salt. Slightly moisten the salt in order that it create a crust that does not fall off and bake the beam for 20 minutes at 180º C.
Once removed from the oven, take off the salt crust. You can serve it by removing the outer skin and top with lemon slices
