Preparation Time: 40 minutes
- 6 fresh artichokes
- 2 tbsp. diced Iberian Ham
- Olive Oil
- Milenia salt flakes
Clean artichokes so that only the hearts are left. Next, boil water in a pan and cook the artichokes for 20 minutes.
Once cooked, strain and let them cool off. Afterwards, open the leaves so that they form a flower.
Pour a few spoons of olive oil in a frying pan and brown the artichokes on both sides.
Serve them with diced Iberian ham added on top. As a final touch, sprinkle with salt flakes.
