INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg mussels
- Milenia rock salt
- ½ onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 50 ml. white wine
- 250 g. tomato puree
- Milenia table salt
- Fresh dill
PREPARAcION:
Spread a layer of Milenia rock salt on an oven tray. Place the cleaned mussels on top of the salt. Bake for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
Next, pour a spoonful of olive oil into a frying pan and add the well-diced onion and garlic clove. Let cook on a low flame until they are tender. Add and stir the tomato puree, wine and paprika. Add Milenia table salt to flavor and let cook for 5 minutes more on a low flame.
Serve the mussels with the sauce on top and a few leaves of fresh dill.
