  • 250 gr butter
  • 1 XL egg
  • 200 g. brown sugar
  • 50 g. sugar
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 400 g. flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • ½ tsp. Milenia iodized table salt
  • Milenia salt flakes


In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook at a low flame until toasted to a brownish color. Take off the flame and let completely cool off.

Next, break the egg in a bowl with the sugar and beat well. Add the vanilla, yeast and cooled butter and mix well. Add the flour and yeast as well as the table salt and mix again until obtaining a batter without lumps.

Put the dough in the refrigerator and let rest for at least one hour. After this time, place the balls of dough (with sufficient space between them) on a baking sheet and flatten slightly. Sprinkle Milenia salt flakes on top and bake for 15 minutes at 175ºC.

Let cool off completely when removed from the oven before handling in order to prevent them from breaking.
