Servings: 8-12
Skill: Medium
Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250 g. dark chocolate for baking
- 115 g. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 100 g. white cane sugar
- 80 g. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 coffee spoon Milenia table salt
- 2 tbsps. cocoa powder
- 85 g. flour
Preparation:
Begin by melting the chocolate together with the butter. This can be done in a microwave by pausing every 20 seconds to stir or directly in a pan. Once melted set aside.
Next, in a large bowl, beat two eggs together with the white cane sugar and brown sugar. Add the vanilla and melted chocolate with the butter and continue mixing. Finally, add the flour, the cacao and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth and does not have any lumps.
Pour the batter into a square baking pan covered with parchment paper or buttered so that the brownie can be removed easily once it is baked. Spread the batter evenly with a spatula and bake for 25 minutes at 175ºC.
Let cool before removing and cut into same-sized squares.
