SHIPPING

Delivery between 48 and 72 hours after placing the order, on business days, peninsular delivery. Delivery in approximately 96 hours after placing the order on business days, for the Canary Islands

Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order, with the full refund of the price paid through the same method in which the payment was made. Please note, that we do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (national, regional and local in Jumilla)

The postage will be indicated in the shopping basket once the user’s shipping address has been entered.

The amount of postage is determined by the weight of the order.

DELIVERY METHOD AND PLACE

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of purchase. The subsequent modification of the delivery location requested by the customer, once the shipment has been made, may generate additional costs on the sale price.

The order will be delivered by courier, with a delivery note with information that identifies the client, the order, the price, the number of packages and the products it contains.

In case that the client verifies at the time of delivery, defects on the outside of the package, he must write down these circumstances on the delivery note of the carrier and make these facts known to JUMSAL, SA as soon as possible through the section “Contact” published at the top of the website or by phone indicated in the contact section.

If at the time of opening the product is in a defective state, the customer will contact the company and may claim payment or replacement of it, which will be made once it has been returned.

The order is always covered against risks of transport, loss, and manipulation by the insurance of the transport company. In case of deterioration because of transport, the product will be collected and subsequently replaced or refunded according to the preference agreed with the client in each case.

 

PAYMENT

– PAYPAL account.

– By Bank transfer. Make your payment directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as a payment reference. Your order will not be processed until the amount has been received in our account. Once this option is selected on the web, the account number in which you must make the payment by transfer will be displayed. Once the payment is received, we will send it to the indicated address. To speed up this process, it is recommended that you send us proof of having made the transfer to info@milenia.es

 

PRICES

Jumsal reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of the products, as well as to suspend or cancel their sale temporarily or permanently.

 

RETURN POLICY

The return period is 14 natural days from the date of delivery of the product.

In case of return, JUMSAL, S.A. will be responsible for postage as long as the product is not the one required by the customer due to an error attributable to the company or because the condition of the product due to transportation or other reason is not adequate.

For returns at the customer’s request, which are not attributable to the company, the return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the purchase value of the product will be made by the same means by which the payment was made and once this has been received at the company and checked that its condition is correct and has not suffered any deterioration or manipulation.

The amount of the returned order will be refunded if it is returned in perfect condition that does not limit the use of the product. The customer must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In case of returning the product in a packaging different from the original, the good may suffer a depreciation.

 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

In the event that any of our products does not arrive in perfect condition, either due to deterioration in transport or for any other reason, Jumsal agrees to replace it or refund 100% of the price paid on that product, in accordance with the client that must communicate it via email info@milenia.es

 

PRODUCTS / STOCK

Jumsal guarantees the existence of all the products offered in the Online Store. Exceptionally, it may not guarantee the availability of these as the product is unavailable.

In the event that, at the time of preparing the order, Jumsal did not have any product selected by the customer, it will proceed to remove the product from the order and deduct its price from the final amount of the order.

 

PERIOD TO RETURN

Once the order is received, you will have a maximum of 14 calendar days to change or return the products.

The time begins to count once the customer has received the order at home.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The client must notify the company via email “info@milenia.es” or on the phone +34 968 430 052 or by filling out the form indicating the order number in the subject.

Once the return is accepted, the transport company will be notified to pick it up at your home and return it to the company. The costs of this return will be borne by the company, due to poor condition, deterioration or error in the shipment of the requested product and the customer in the event that without a reason attributable to the company decides to make the return.
