Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- 300 ml. whipped cream
- 100 ml. liquid cream
- 120 g. white chocolate
- 4 tbsps. chopped pistachios
- Milenia chocolate salt crystals
Pour the liquid cream into a pan and add the chunks of white chocolate. Let melt on a low flame and do not stop stirring. Remove from the flame and let cool off.
Pour the melted chocolate into a big bowl and add the whipped cream little by little, twice or three times. Mix gently and in a circular pattern so that it does not come apart.
Place a tablespoon of chopped pistachios at the bottom of 4 individual glasses and add some chocolate salt crystals. Next, fill the glasses with the white chocolate mousse and end with a few more pistachios and salt crystals.
