- ½ papaya
- ½ small melon
- 25 g. Roquefort cheese
- High-quality Milenia salt crystals
- Ground pepper
- Olive oil
Using a melon baller, extract the fleshy part of the papaya and the melon and mix both in an oven pan or in a salad bowl.
Next, add the Roquefort cheese, cut into small pieces and pour a spoonful of olive oil over the salad.
Grind the pepper over it and as a final touch, toss Milenia salt crystals into the salad.
