BAKED HAKE WITH GARLIC, PARSLEY AND CITRIC ACID SALT

- 2 filets of hake
- Garlic and parsley medley
- A handful of baby potatoes
- Citric Milenia salt
- Olive oil
Place the hake fillets in a pan, which can be used in the oven, and pour a spoonful of oil over them.
Next, sprinkle Milenia citric salt over each and add a handful of baby potatoes to the pan. Pour a spoonful of olive oil over them and bake at 190ºC for 25 minutes.
Add some citric salt crystals to the potatoes and serve.
